Living on a dead rep

I live in China and Im use to some interruptions in service, but usually its fixed after a week or two. Its been months since Ive been able to use Astrill on my iPhone or iPad. Im now writing this from Vietnam where Im getting the same, due to meetings in Beijing, message...the Beijing meetings have been done for a month+, and Im currently in a country that doesnt block half as much as China and I still cant use this very expensive product. Needless to say, I will be moving on from Astrill after 4 years of patronage. There is no brand loyalty if your product doesnt work. Dont rest on your rep Astrill
