Astrill VPN Client App Reviews

This application has not worked in China in over a month and a half with some silly excuse around mysterious political meetings taking place in China (which they arent) to attempt to justify their useless product. To boot, they havent even attempted to contact or compensate their affected clients. Terrible app! Terrible overall service! Stay away!!!!

Ive been using Astrill for a few years now. Connection wasnt always great but when it got through it was bearable. I recently paid for a two year subscription and router. My router never arrived and my app stopped working both on my phone and laptop soon after. The message said its because of Chinas increasing censorship, but it has been three months now and still to no avail. Ive contacted customer help line but am still waiting for them to get back as we speak. Im disappointed in Astrill as theyve lost themselves a loyal customer.

The app just doesnt work on Mac nor phone wasted my one year subscription !!!!

how come it doesnt work recently. I have been using Astrill VPN in China. Please tell me some a way to solve it.

The 3 line in Japan is very good, but often failed to verify. Hope to improve the success rate of Japan 3line connection.

Ive purchased 1 year service. Now this update to 2.0 crash every time when you open the app. They just cheated on you and never refund!!

This app is completely not working in China for long months... I dont suggest Chinese customers to buy...

I bought one year license but this iOS application doesnt work at all for these several month in China...

If you delete the profile accidentally, app is not working and you can not re-install the profile even you uninstall an re- install the app. Bad programming.

"Missing server address" error after logging in and while trying to set up VPN profile.

I cannot be login ! I paid money I want to use vpn ! Pls fix it!! (User in China)

Sucks as hell. Just recently paid for extra stealth vpn and multi device plan. Now the damn ios app doesnt work. I bought this plan specifically because it was saying it works much better in china and now i got nothing. It may work fine on pc but why the hell did i pay for multi device if it supports pc only.

Last five months doesnt work even for a while. Totally waste of money.

After last version, basically Astrill is not working on iphone. And strange thing is company is doing nothin about it. In server list, you can only see one location to get connected and none of the services mentioned in version updates have been implemented.

And it works!

Application not compatible to iOS 8 for now, guys fix it ASAP plz!

After the upgrade to version iOS8 your program has stopped working!!!
