Since February of 2016 , Astrill doesnt wrk in China. They said they would release a new update but so far , nothing. I hope they can fix it before next year , because I cant get the money back from the one year I have signed Astrill ....

please refund me it doesnt work on iphone!

I purchased a subscription to astrill for a trip to China. The minimum subscription is 3 months, though I was only going for two weeks, so I paid for 3 months. Not once during the trip was astrill able to connect. Astrill customer support now refuses to issue a refund - either full or partial - for a product purchased but not received. This company fleeces customers and does not deliver a solid product. Find a different VPN provider.

It didnt work since March 2016 and my membership still has 11 months. I asked customer service for membership extension or refund in live chat and they just went off line. They are not intend to solve this issue for user in China. You will see the excuse message when you log in the app. The political meeting in China already finished for more than one month and they are still using the hilarious excuse. APPLE, please take care this scam app okay?

They should offer a refund. I have sent Astrill several emails and they have told me repeatedly "maybe next week it will work" or "we will give a new update soon". Has not worked now for more than 2 months. Still getting the "due to politics meetings in Beijing" message, but those meetings have been over for almost a month. Astrill may be officially dead in the Middle Kingdom.
