It doesnt work

This just doesnt work on cellphones in China. Waste of money.

Its ridiculous that well after the end of the Beijing meetings Astrill is still not working in China. Other VPNs are working fine! This app has not been updated for ages and they charge amongst the highest price. Get your act together, guys!

Your app flash out when sign in, $300 usd VIP account even can not sign it.

If you live in China, forget Astrill. It hasnt worked on my iOS devices for 2 months, and a few weeks ago it stopped working on my PC. I have spent hours emailing Astrills tech support (their phones are down due to the large number of calls, presumably complaints) to get my devices working, to no avail. They also will not agree to give me a refund, citing their terms of service saying that this VPN may not work.

Apple, if you are reading this please investigate and give us all a refund or we will quit downloading apps that offer yearly subscriptions. I purchased this expensive app for a year so that I could use the World Wide Web from China, but it doesnt work. I have been patient, but have finally given up trying to get it to connect. They will not issue me a refund either. They only make excuses saying that there are government meetings that are preventing users from using their VPN. I didnt pay all that money for them to tell me what I already know. I paid them so that I can use a VPN to access the World Wide Web.

Its not working in china since long time ,, i regret the money i paid for one year :(:( ,, plz fix it for the ppl who use it in china and stop find excuse !!!

Two week before the meeting in Beijing, the VPN doesnt working anymore until now. Can Apple Store helps us to handle this problems? We paid so much for this app, but it doesnt work/service for us.

I never review apps, but the way this company operates is unconscionable. Since the beginning of March, Astrill does not work at all on any of my (many different) mobile devices. Communication from the company on nature of the problem and when -- or if -- to expect a fix is non-existent. Please do not give this company any money. They are failures at best and scammers at worst. Their leadership and engineers should all be ashamed of themselves.

Astrill is fraud Do not download its app or pay them. I paid for six months, but it has been not working for more than a month now. The support team did not answer, and they did not refund me the money i paid.

The title says it all. There should be “zero” stars for apps that don’t work.

Astrill doesnt work on my iPad anymore! Besides a developer doesnt provide any money refund or new alternative options. Before this software was good, but a present time I can not recommend it. If you decided to buy astrill, be ready to waste your money paying for the service youll never receive!

Being loyal Astrill client for many years. Before it was acceptable, but now its not working at all. Support promised working update two weeks ago, still nothing. Not professional. Better to not say something you cant do.

Update was going to be "next week". That was 2 weeks ago. Give me my money back! App doesnt work, nor does VPN service, at all!!

The political meetings finished months ago and Astrill still cannot connect to the VPN by saying the same reason. I dont understand. If they are unable to fix the problem for that long time, I request the refund for my expensive yearly subscription!

Service to iPhones has been down since political meetings in Beijing in February. Ive yet to receive anything about a fix, update, or solution. Desktop version was down for the two week period as well....so much for sticking it to the censors and information dictators in China. Will never recommend this service to anyone.

The app does NOT work in China! Customer support is disappointing. No refund two weeks after my request

I bought this app to use while in China. Glad I only got it for a month. It has not work since Ive been in China. Very disappointed. My month subscription will be up and I have not been able to use it. Every time I try to access the VPN I get some excuse about "due to political meeting..." Thats why VPN is not working. I will not recommend this company very unreliable. Ive written to them have gotten a response in regards to fixing the problem but will be in a few weeks. Im only here for a month. By the time they fix it I will not need VPN service. Very frustrating. Can not recommend them to anyone. No mentioned about a refund either.

Just installed the Astrill app and tested the connection to several U.S. and overseas servers. Works just fine thus far. No need to individually configure servers or to download and install a config profile. Just launch the app, sign in, and select your server. Could not be simpler!
