There should be an option for zero star. Simply doesnt work. Now has only two available servers to connect from. TWO!!!!! And neither of them works.

It just doesnt work. Its functions were fine 8 months ago but now its broken. Literally doesnt work at all. I regret paying for a whole year for this incompetent service. It feels like as if the company is waiting to slowly die off as it gets worse and worse.

I have been using Astrill for 5 years in China. It worked well up until this year Jan. I have written numerous customer service emails and get no workable solutions. I asked for my money back and no one wants to discuss it. I will not be using Astrill again after my membership runs out and do not recommend it to anyone.

The last few months I can not log in on my iPhone. I spoke to customer service and they keep asking same questions and not resolving the problems their service and customer reps are seriously going down hill

If youre looking for a VPN in China, this is not for you. It simply doesnt work, Astrill wont give you service of any kind, nor a refund, not even an apology. I renewed my service for a year in January 2016, the VPN hasnt worked since February... a complete scam and cannot even get my money back. Fraudulent company, beware.

My app was not working at all so deleted it and reinstalled it. Now it works. Inconvenient but not life altering. Hope this helps others.

I paid my subscription to Astrill. Their help desk is hopeless. Netflix and the rest of them have outsmarted Astrill and they just cant admit It ! I am trying to get a refund even though I know this is hopeless.... Like their customer service.

Bought this in March and it worked great for a week. Then it stopped working. If I turn it on the VPN icon will appear but its like a paper tiger. Cant search on google or anything else. A waste of money. Do not buy.

Purchased this app for 6 months in China. Service Keeps getting disconnected or you cannot connect at all. Customer service robotic reply always goes "connect to a different server -> reset your network -> sorry we will release a new version soon, but theres no ETA". Ive spent lots of time in emailing with customer service, but no use at all. This is the worst VPN app ever. If I could, I would rate negative stars.

Previously not working so left 1 star, now working giving it a better score.

Where to start..... Since early February this VPN doesnt work neither on computer nor mobile devices. Paid for a year plan for 5 devices! They kept saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on it", for almost HALF A YEAR????? Ive been unable to work as I need VPN to do most of my tasks online.They dont mention reimbursement either. THEY ARE THIEVES! THEY WONT REFUND MONEY FOR A SERVICE PAID THAT HASNT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!

Will not work on any of your iOS devices. Dont waste your time.

This app needs to be fixed immediately!!! It drops very frequently!!!

The last version was working great for me, but with this update, it connects to a server, and immediately drops the server. It takes 5 or 6 frustrating tries to finally make a connection that then only lasts a few minutes.

Works fine for computers, does not and will not work for mobile at all. If youre a heavy mobile user trying to work around the Chinese firewall, dont bother.

Paid for 6 months but only could use for 2 due to repeating blockage or connection problems. Even free VPN providers work better.

Astrill needs to get its sh@t together with China! It is the only VPN that seems to go out when every there is a parade or a meeting of some sort! It to expensive to pay for this when it stops working for WEEKS at a time! Fix this SH@T!
