I bought it for one year... Since ios 8 , no work anymore. I send a message since few weeks... No answer. Very disappointed

Worked perfectly on iOS 7 but right now with iOS 8 it doesnt works anymore...

I have contacted the support service about the Problem Everyone knows about the connection after update my iPad To iOS 8 .well i have been respond And i am still waiting for the update, not so Happy as i just purpased one year contract And i can not use it as i Wanted... Please hurry on the update !!!!! Dont Like To waste the money for nothing :(

Since IOS8 on my phone, astrill recognises my phone as an another computer device. It just keeps disconnecting whenever my macbook connects itself. Just update the version to fix it as it was before ios8

Thank you astrill for dont take care of your customer, its normal after you receive payement what is important? Then for preventing the news and next customer i dont advise this vpn choose openvpn he is free and better. :-D! Its pity having to do it....

Cant connect since a week on the iPhone or iPad, I have to use Onavo, a free Vpn to contact my relatives. Thanks Astrill for the happy new year

Yes it works: if like my mother you are sitting behind a computer, operated by windows, reaching US servers. However if you are on a phone/tablet, operated by IOS, trying to reach a French server while leaving in China - Too much for Astrill !!! and 2015 is worse...

Since iOS 8 release, Im facing constant difficulties to connect to Astrill. Since one week totaly impossible to use in China. No information from customer service.. Too bad

Since one month it’s harder and harder to use on my Imac and impossible on Ipad, Iphone and Ipod. May be it’s because we are in China….. but I won’t recommand it.

Seldom connects properly. Does not work everywhere (ex: China). Almost no support. Keep away!!!

What you will get: a profusion of "error connecting to server", until you OD on it. Or go to another provider. The last draw for me came with the last update, after 1 week of not working. I updated the app and then I cant use it anymore because it requires IOS 9. Im on 8.4 and do not want to update. Why the hell would it update to a version that doesnt work on my device?! As my title say, horse cr*p

Very sensible to Chinese GFW. Actually 4th of February, it is completely blocked in China. Others VPN still working meanwhile.

Why cant I use astrill with IOS8 ? I will never update to IOS9 and make my device even more slower !!

Very bad VPN for China. Servers are often down, and the others will suddenly disconnect without any reasons. And you got a useless and very arrogant customer service

Astrill for iPhone is not Astrill for computer ! It just randomly works whenever it wants. The app is very sensitive to the Great Firewall of China. Whenever there is a new regulation in China, Astrill is completely useless and blocked. The service needs at least 1 month to work again. I have no idea if this is due to Chinese (successful) attempts to block VPN or the lack of competency from Astrill teams but you definitely cannot rely on the app 75% of the time.

Face it, the great firewall of China is stronger than astril which seldom works since 2016 on iPhone.

It doesnt work at all and the customer service is useless. Definitely one of the biggest scam in VPN industry. Not recommended at all.
